Box breathing is a simple technique to calm the nervous system. Each cycle follows four equal steps — inhale, hold, exhale, hold — each lasting 4 seconds.
Press Start and follow the orb: breathe in as it grows, hold at the top, breathe out as it shrinks, then hold at the bottom. Repeat for as many cycles as feels comfortable.
Reverse flips the order so you begin with an exhale instead of an inhale — useful if you find it easier to settle into the breath by emptying first. This option was inspired by one of our clients from Watford, whose idea it was.
Press Pause at any time to rest, and Reset to start fresh.
