I believe everyone has the capacity to find peace. Safe Space Connection exists to create environments where people can slow down, listen inward, and begin to meet themselves with compassion. The mission is simple: to offer therapy and workshops that nurture safety, connection, and presence.

Our Approach

Over time, Safe Space Connection has developed an integrative approach called Home Within Therapy. This model blends person-centred therapy, attachment theory, inner child work, and grounding practices. At its heart, it is about building a secure relationship between your Adult self and your Inner Child — so you can move through life with more trust, steadiness, and freedom.

I offer both 1-to-1 therapy and workshops, creating spaces where people can practise being present, explore patterns, and feel safe to grow at their own pace.

Looking back, my path began almost by accident. At seventeen I was living with undiagnosed acute anxiety and depression, and it left me searching for answers. Studying Psychology became the natural place to start. I wanted to understand why I felt the way I did, and in the process discover how others might find their way through too.

My journey started with Open University with their Foundation degree in Social Sciences, then a BSc in Psychology at Oxford Brookes. Later I trained in counselling skills, focusing on Person Centred Therapy. Alongside formal study I explored meditation, yoga, martial arts, breathwork, and writing. These became part of my own healing and slowly shaped how I now work with others.

Today my primary focus is 1-to-1 therapy and workshops based on my proven integrative approach. I believe everyone has the capacity to find peace, and my role is to walk beside people until they start to feel it within themselves.
